All of our products are shipped by UPS Ground or by USPS, depending on whichever service has the shortest delivery time to your location.
- I. Standard shipping - UPS
- • Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, Approx. 5 Business days** delivery from shipping date.
- • Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $10.
- • Our shipping cost listed on the website not only cover Continental United States but also Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- • UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes**.
- II. USPS - First Class Service
- • All orders can be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service, Approx. 2-4 Business days delivery from shipping date.
- • Shipping Costs (handling cost included) is $10.
- • USPS will deliver to PO Boxes.
- • All orders are normally shipped on the same day if placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern Standard Time) .

Our Delivery and Service Charges listed on the website only cover Continental United States and Canada. Should the order be sent to other countries outside USA and Canada, please feel free to contact us. We hope you will enjoy the shopping and be satisfied with our service!
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
PO Boxes: Post Office Box customers must select the PO Boxes delivery option during checkout. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, unless they are located at UPS Stores. We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery method selection.
The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.
